Christmas one Shot: Cresthearth Heist!

It is winter once again in the Elder Isle. In the town of Tinkerdale, Snow covers the ground outside the Copper Kettle Tavern. Inside, a warm fire is roaring and a din of a large crowd gathered for a night of revelry. It is the eve of the Cresthearth festival. A time of great joy and generosity among the people of the world.
A solitary group in this tavern seems out of place. A dour cloud hangs over their heads at the table they occupy in the corner of the Tavern. You are part of this cozy sad gathering. You are all people of ill repute. A crew who often work together to help relieve other people of their valuable possessions. Serving your own gains or sometimes the highest bidder. whoever pays more.    Across from you sits the source of your sour disposition. Two of your colleagues, Harald and Marvin, sit there visibly battered and bruised as they relay a job they were on that did not go as planned.    Harald: "So there we were, At the house. Ever since I laid eyes on that place I wanted it. Big fancy mansion in the middle of Elder Peak. Very ritzy. A client hired us to go in there and steal some magical artifacts. High value stuff. Place belongs to a wealthy old wizard who took a little Cresthearth vacation out of the country. Gonna be gone till after the new year. Place is ripe for the taking. Should be an easy grab n' go right??   Marvin Interrupts: "Wrong! The whole place is rigged up with booby traps and guards and monsters. We barely got out of there with our lives!    Harald: "And so, having worked with your crew in the past, we figure it is wise to outsource this one. Use your acquired skills to Get in there, steal the items we need for our client and you can take any other goodies you come across in the house. But we gotta move tonight. How's that sound?"    They will describe the magical items in detail to the players and as much info on the house they saw before escaping.   You make your way via cart north to Elder Peak. To the house Marvin and Harald told you about. You can make out a name plate on the front gate that says "Elaneas" You push through the gate and find it unlocked you head towards this giant stately manor. It is 2 stories with dozens of windows of frosted glass.    continue on with the house: If the party splits up, use an initiative order of some sort.  If they stick together have them move as one.      They will have a set number of "Rounds" to gather up the magical artifacts before the guards arrive. They will either be Arrested or fight their way out.    Luca is home alone and will attack the party. But retreat as often as he can.   The shovel man will patrol the halls after 2 "rounds" or when he is discovered.
