Finding Wrestler Monks:

In The Sinna Region:

Stalking through the near deserted area. You can feel eyes on you at all times.   Eventually you see a hulking giant of a man. He has long blonde hair, a mustache, and is dressed in crimson and yellow monk clothing. "B. Phillip! What are you doing here brother? Nevermind. I'm glad to see you brother!   "My comrades were taken prisoner by the damn Darkhollow clan. You know as well as I do that they eat people brother. They're the most vicious group of jabronis I've ever encountered. If you can help me get them back, We'll help you with your problem, Brother."   The party finds a camp seemingly deserted with a lit fire. They encounter The Darkhollow and presumably, their vampiric leader. A battle Ensues! _______________________________________________________________   As the battle ends, quiet comes over the camp. A direwolf is unconscious from Hoe L. Kogan's leg drop and the other is off to the side looking pretty desperate. DC15 Animal Handling Check to get the direwolf(s) to cooperate and bring them to the hideout.   The other Direwolf will attack if they don't calm it or charm it. It will attack the closest party member and run off. DC 10 Survival checks to follow its footprints.   "You follow the behind this beast as it expertly darts through the untamed forest. Prickly fir trees whip you in the face as you trudge through the snow covered ground. You Eventually find yourselves approaching the mouth of a cave, where the wolf stops and sniffs the air as it calmly walks in..."   They will find a cavern somewhere in the woods near Ashstar   "Entering inside It is pitch black. You will need torch light to navigate. Those with Darkvision can see once inside there are tracks which indicate this is actually a mine of some kind. The path ahead breaks off to three other junctions...   As you approach the fork in the tunnel you can hear muffled screams and sounds of a struggle leading down the left hand path.     Going down the left hand path, you can see a humanoid figure bound and gagged lying on the floor. (high perception) She has blue skin. You can make out two trolls moving about preparing to eat this person.   If they free her: This humanoid female stands up and you immediately notice something strange about her. She has blue skin, turquoise hair, and fin-like potrusions extending from her arms and legs.   Explore the rest of the mine dungeon crawl style. __________________________________________     __________________________________________________ As the howls of the Darkhollow fade out, there is quiet in the hallway once more. They seemed to flee into the chamber to the south but there is a chamber with an open door to the north as well.   Going into the south: You are met with the Direwolf from the camp standing there growling at you.. He continues to growl but slowly slinks back , as if commanded by something, allowing you to pass into the chamber.   There is some type of Forge in this room and You see two of the Darkhollows as well as the giant dwarf who retreated and seated at the fire is the Creature you fought at the camp. Leaning back in his chair with his hands together, the light from the flames reflects off his black eyes. The Vampire Aramastus will be waiting for them in the main chamber.   He doesn't turn to look at you, but acknowledges your presence. "So.. You're the ones who have been giving my family members such trouble. They're not used to working this hard for a meal.   I apologize for their hostility towards you you just all look so... delicious. They were being greedy though. We have food enough to last for weeks down here. So I don't fault you for putting them down for their gluttony. You are strong, but You are weary and outnumbered so I suggest you leave this place while I still allow it to be so."   "I have family members all over this mine. One command from me and they will be here and overwhelm you and you will die and you will be eaten like cattle."   The party can either negotiate the release of the monks or fight to his death. Negotiating their release: "I have them, but my family needs to eat. Do you fault the spider for trapping the fly? or do you fault the fly for getting caught so easily. The large one will last for weeks"   He will call down more Darkhollow from the Southern chamber. It will be a pretty big fight.   Aramastus will revert to mist if dropped to 0 hit points and can be found in his resting place where the party can dispatch him permanently if they so wish. Otherwise they can fight their way through the chambers until they find the monks and free them.   You enter this messy bed chamber. You see 6 human males of different sizes that look up to greet you.   A truly unhinged looking individual with a sort of warpaint on his face "Hoe L. Kogan. I have waited eternally for your return. I have prayed tot he gods above for your monumentous visage to once again be before me!" He embraces hoe L. in a hearty bro hug.   Also near him are two twins dressed in this makeshift metal armor. They too have facepaint on them but mohawks on their heads.   Rising from the bed is a towering Giant of a man. His intimidating presence is betrayed by a warm and kind smile. He pulls a small sack out of his belt pouch "Anybody want a peanut?"   Rescuing the Wrestler monks will grant you 150 units along with Hoe L. Kogan, The Ultimate Warmonger, The Hawk and The Animal and others to lead them.

In the Capital

With a bright flash and a WHOOOSH Your vision goes from seagulls and ocean breezes to a busy metropolitan din. You are in the promenade square of the theater district. It is a wide open space with some greenery. The Ebon Curtain Hall stands off in the distance with people lighting torches to prepare for the evening's shows. You can see snack vendors some are packing up their wares for the evening, others are remaining to make a few extra coins off the Patrons leaving the theater. You see walking paths which a few pedestrians are strolling along and notice your group appear. Some recoil at the sight of this, clearly startled by the abrupt appearance of several strangers. The crowds are dwindling down as its early evening and the majority of people are headed towards the theater so you don't create much of a stir. "Home again Home again jiggity jig. Where to now?"   If they wish to see Rosalind:   The sun sets as you head west to the collection of pubs along crooked alleyways and drunkards You return to the Penitent scholar tavern   Once again your party invades the silence of the pub. The few patrons turn to look at you as if you disturbed a group of stoic monks at meditation. You see Rosalind sitting at one of the booths looking absolutely exhausted.   "Hey friends. *sigh* You're a welcome sight in these troubled times. How have your travels been?   RE Demon sightings: "No activity from the Avatar as of yet. The occasional demon sighting is reported in the wilds but nothing like the force that attacked us here in the city. If I get word, you will be the first ones to know.   Re Soldiers:"I have some soldiers to spare. But I have many more infected battling this plague, And our resources are getting low. If you can assist with the curing of them, You'll have double the soldiers on your side"   She leads you to down into the bowels of the cellar. The place is absolutely wrecked with medical debris and empty potion bottles. There are several FD Soldiers and city guards writhing around with the Abyssal sores on their bodies.   What will you do?     If they go to the City Council - They will find the doors locked up for the night. They will have to try in the morning.   Upon their return in the morning the Council can be persuaded to spare a few hundred city guardsmen. Given the party's rank and nobility. 600 in total. "Ah the lords and ladies of Maplevale Manor. To What do we owe the pleasure?" Fenton Ostrum       at the end of the day:   You receive a message from one of the Faithful Dominion. "It is imperative that you meet lady Rosalind immediately. She is at the Baxter Mill on the outskirts of the city awaiting your arrival"   You make your way north to the edges of the city proper. You start to see less buildings and more open fields and farm lands. You are greeted with a legion of soldiers standing in formation. Some bear the uniform and insignia of the City guard, others are leaps and bounds more well armored. These soldiers bear the ranks of the Faithful Dominion. At the head of this throng of soldiers stands Rosalind in full plate. Her red hair blowing in the breeze.   She looks over to your group. Nods and says "It's Time"
