Vinari

Population living in the western peninsular of the Northwest Continent. They are mainly an offshoot of the Black Empire, though the people in the area were, even in the ancient days, a mixture fo the people living there before the Black Empire conquered, and the easterners who conquered them. They were also conquered by the Ottovillan empire, and later, Easterners from the Desert cities. 
Despite - or because of - this background, they are not really monolithic in culture or ethnicity.
