Smart-Gear

Smart-gear is a technology predating much conventional understanding. Akin to summoners and some mystics, it produces materials that were desired and saved inside. However it is somewhat less-advanced, and doesn't create from nothing or special particles, rather it stores and re-applies, but specializes by even allowing gestures and control to follow over items that aren't present. For example, if one has compatible communication equipment, calls can be accepted or stopped by the press of an ear even if one is effectively appearing bare of the equipment, or a gun can come back primed with the right hand/paw/claw motion. This technology is often handed in a tiny specialized chip, often imbedded in a token accessory like a necklace, belt-buckle, earring, or other. Its mostly used by tigiren, qyozmites, special vyllk authorities, and some zadran.
