Ryclin Introduction Program

Also sometimes called Ryclin Schooling, or the Ryclin Mentor Program, the Introduction Program was guideline set up early into the formation of the Orbital Archipelago government. It asks that every young ryclin after their first year, starts getting in-person lessons from a Vahamin human. That human will often be one educated as a Ryliem Professor, who understands a lot about ryclin kind. Lessons tend to be based more around educating the ryclins about themselves and relevant culture, from an angle taught by another race they must co-exist with. As ryclins traditionally taught themselves decently enough between community learning, and data networks, there wasn't actually a lot of need for a schooling method. Instead the Introduction Program's more subtle purpose is to help teach from a young age that they can cooperate and work with humanity, or other races that may be friendly upon entry to the OA.   Classes typically happen on sparse appointments, often once either a week or a month, depending on the lesson to come. Classes are small, often set in groups no bigger than ten students (and averaging at seven). They usually set up around Kyberus, and Ryclin dense communities, with some of the minority ryclins in Vahamin city areas not taken to these classes for their difficulty of setting up. The teacher assigned in these roles, is not just a teacher of a Ryclin's past, but also becomes a registered contact that can communicate on a business number or network throughout the student's life. However they may wish to limit the number of classes they teach throughout their life, and some professors only teach an average of three generations before retiring from the duty.   Class lessons often include coverage over areas like:
  • Ryclin basics, and health.
  • Basic Wildlife & Natural OA tears.
  • Common job roles, and religious identity.
  • A quick summary over the OA governance, and allies.
  • Often classes ends on a field trip where the class competes in a wilderness hunt.
Higher education, such as learning about foreign omniverse locations, the nuance in OA politics, or in depth sciences, will often take courses from an optional special institution.
