Tetrakheires

An extinct species of four-armed humanoids. There are few artifacts of their existence save a few skeletons and what little fragments of buildings survived the long onslaught of nature and the Fiends.

Not much is known as to who they were or what they civilization was like outside their odd appearance. Some scholars joke that this race must have exhausted itself trying to make use of their extra appendage effectively. The truth may not be so far from the jest.

Anatomy

Bipedal mammals with a second pair of arms behind their first. More detailed information about their morphology are hard to ascertain given most of what remains of found specimen are damaged bones.
