"With the Banner, it's simple. If someone says yes when you ask if they're with the Banner, they're with the Banner. If they don't like barbarians, they're with the Banner. If they hit hard in a brawl, they're definitely with the Banner.

The Banner of Triumph, most known as simply the Banner, is a faction within the Empire. Members of the Banner are loyal to the plans of continental unification through Conquest. While on the backfoot for most of the last eighty years, it has risen again since the Kratoth Legion recovered a strength close to days of yore. Many City-State Governors are part of this faction, however their loyalty might shift if these ambitions because too risky or unachievable.
