Captain (Retired) Ichiro Kobayashi

Captain Kobayashi commanded the Pacific Asia Coalition's Cruiser PAC Kyoto, which was undergoing refit at Island 1 - Port Eden’s shipyard when the Most Mira attack occured. Though his ship was not fully repaired and roughly half of his crew had not returned from leave, he took the Kyoto at full speed for Most Mira Station - Мост Мира Станция to help save lives. Captain Kobayashi was reprimanded and forced into early retirement for his impulsive actions, but he was allowed to retain his rank out of gratitude for his valiant intentions.
