Istyima Kasúlë te-Morigana, former head scribe of Ohtánio-in-Morigana, is the most recent Valòmar with any connection to Morigana, either as a former trainee from Ohtánio or a current devotee of the goddess. Their long reign was notable for slightly colder-than-average temperatures throughout Scalados, but otherwise a peaceful and prosperous time for the kingdom.

Saint Caranësa, as she is known today, oversaw a prosperous and stable time in the Kingdom of Scalados, if a time of isolation for the country. The date of her ascension, 2 November, is a minor saints’ day observed primarily in the northern dioceses.
