Monostatos

Monostatos, a High Elf, is the Overseer of the Order of Sarastro and the second-in-command to Sarastro himself.
The sole ordainer of weddings, bearer of final funeral rites, and conductor of all major rites and rituals, Monostatos is the most influential physical figure within the Church of Sarastro. Aside from the prophet himself, he’s the richest citizen of Breughelland due to the sheer amount of gold he accumulates from the church's mandatory 12% tithes.
