Gnotan

Gnotan is the king of the gods and the creator of the Gnome, the first sentient species of the Material Plane. Fricka created him as her companion and husband, crafting him from the fifth chamber of her heart. He is typically worshipped as the god of wisdom, persuasion, and invention; unsurprisingly, his worship is most prevalent within Gnomish culture.
Wotan's avatar most often appears as a man of ambiguous species-- the height of a dwarf with similarly thick salt-and-pepper hair and beard, but with a more gnomish build and facial structure. He wields a spear torn from the branches of the Fatestree, upon which is inscribed the role of every god and the punishments they face if they are ever to abandon this position. If too many gods abandon their positions, it could cause the downfall of the known multiverse and the end of days. Thus, Gnotan is incredibly serious about protecting these positions.
