An enchanter is a mage skilled in the art of enchantment magic, or the magic of influencing others' decisions and behaviors.

Qualifications
An enchanter will most frequently train as a Wizard. However, an enchanter who is a Bard or Sorcerer often has an advantage against their wizarding peers, seeing as they are more likely to be able to weave their magic subtly into a musical performance (as a bard) or lace it innately into their thoughts and words (as a sorcerer).

Social Status
Enchanters, alongside Necromancers, are among the most feared and least trusted types of magic user. There is a particular stigma against younger, more attractive enchanters, as they are seen as using their sex appeal to enhance the duplicity of their magic.
