The closest thing the Spartoi have to an actually religious faction, the Manics believe there was a divinity in the Imperial Mandate and seek to find those who have the spark. Exciting themselves with combat-enhancing and euphoric drugs, they spend most of their time practicing combat-trances and prayer-orgies.
