Many people wonder if Oslen is even still in control of their body and mind, or if it's the mushrooms steering. They're a very pleasant, warm person, but they always seem a bit preoccupied.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Difficult to tell under the layers of robes, but the immediate concern are the profusion of mushrooms sprouting from their body. Oslen suffered from a wasting disease prior to becoming high priest and still looks unwell, though the mushrooms are essentially a life support system for them and they're actually doing quite well now.

A colony of mushrooms sprouts from Oslen's body, mostly centered along the spine, although some sprout from their arms and head.
Physical quirks
Looks stooped over or oddly twisted. It's hard to tell. Doesn't actually smell bad at all, just a musty, mushroomy scent.
Special abilities
Emits toxic spores as a form of self defense.
Apparel & Accessories
Usually wears many layers of decomposing fabrics with the holes carefully arranged not to interfere with clusters of mushrooms.

Oslen goes by either he or they pronouns, but considers they pronouns to be more polite, as they "take the colony's genders into account". It is known that a single species of mushroom can have over 100 genders, so this may be what they are referring to.

Their voice is startlingly deep, and they hardly ever raise it above a conversational volume. Their word choice tends heavily toward using (and misusing) metaphors. Those that knew Oslen before they became High Rotmonger say this isn't a new development, just an old trait intensified.
