Tartuccio
Tartuccio is a gnome sorcerer and not-so-secret spy for Pitax sent by King Irovetti to search for an artifact he required for his patron.
A secondary goal of Tartuccio's is to sow disorder in the Stolen Lands and/or claim a barony of his own to be annexed by Pitax later on. Tartuccio spends much of his time disguised as a kobold shaman named Tartuk, and has tricked the blue kobolds of Old Sycamore into helping with his search for the artifact. Continuing with the mantle of Tartuk, Tartuccio schemes with his remaining kobolds and a tribe of trolls lead by Hargulka.
Ever since the transfer took place, and potentially a bit earlier, Tartuccio seem to be aware of the upcoming event and completely changed his approach. He used the relationships he build with the Soothscale Blue Kobold clan and he fortified a piece of land for himself in the Greenbelt, spanning from the Ancient Dwarven mine to the West and All the way down to the merging point of the Shrike and Thorncross river.
Tartuccio was born in Pitax and from a very young age found himself struggling between the power inside of him and a world that was hellbend to abuse him to the best of its abilities. He was sold by his parents to the circus where he spent the first 15 years of his life performing fire and mind affecting spells as tricks for the entertainment of the nobles of Pitax. One the eve of his 17th birthday he was spotted by one of the concubines of Lord Pitax that she took a liking to the young boy. She brought him to the court and it was soon made obvious that Tartuccion has a knack for subterfuge and intrigue. His influence across the court grew quickly and he soon drew the attention of Lord Pitax who saw the ruthlessness behind his red eyes. Lord Pitax educated the young man and trained him to become and envoy and a spy for the great city.
