The Order of the Radiant Blade
The Order was formed to protect and lead the Mortal Realm. There are three divisions within the Order: the military side, the hospitality side, and the diplomatic side.
The purpose of the military side is to act as the enforcer of the Treaty of Haryk and to protect the Treaty Signers. This is the side that will also bear the brunt of the battle should demons or other monsters come through the Portal of the Veil.
The hospitality side is concerned with the citizens of the Realm and making sure that they are taken care of. This side includes any charity/humanitarian work. They are the ones to help get homes rebuilt, provide emergency aid, and organize other humanitarian efforts.
The diplomatic side works closely with the other two sides to keep the Order fairly balanced. This side helps escort Council members to various intercontinental meetings. Their purpose is to help facilitate communication between various outside groups with the divisions of the Order.

Structure
- The Head of the organization is Bearer of the Radiant Blade and Grand Master of the Order.
- The next in command is Grand Commander who rules the Order when the Grand Master is not available. They are also responsible for the military aspects of the Order. Typically this position is a strong magic user and ensures the Order's members follow their rules regarding magic.
- The Grand Chancellor is next and is responsible for diplomatic relations and foreign affairs.
- Grand Hospitaller is responsible for all humanitarian and charity activities.
- Grand Treasurer is responsible for the finances and property of the Order.
- Grand Preceptor is responsible for any religious or inspirational teachings. The Order considers their goal a noble one and this position is about focusing on presenting a unified message to bolster support.
Culture
The Order believes that they are responsible for protecting the Mortal Realm from the evils of the Veiled Realms. They were founded after a battle with demons from the Veiled Realms. They took their organizational structure from other Knightly Orders of the time. The Order holds a strong belief in protecting the weak and innocent from the monsters.
They believe that incorrect usage of magic corrupts the mind, twists the soul and depletes the body. Magic usage to them is holy and should not be taken lightly. The Order follows strict rules and regulations regarding how magic is used and taught. They include various purifying ceremonies when magic is used to prevent corruption.

Public Agenda
The Order swears to protect the Mortal Realm. This usually includes being a military force in Haryk's Valley to defend the Portal of the Veil. They will also travel to other locations to engage in battle to protect the Council of Elders holdings and Treaty Signers.
Other actions include providing shelter, food and assistance to Treaty Signers who ask for it; sponsor youth education and induction into the Order; and provide military protection for trade routes.

The Order maintains a headquarters location and several other buildings in the Council's Camp.
History
The first Bearer of the Radiant Blade, Theodas Oloric, wielded the sword to protect the Mortal Realm. He came from a Realm in the Veiled Realms that was attacked by demons. The demons fled his Realm when Theodas and his group defeated them in battle. However, the demons fled to the Mortal Realm. Theodas and his group followed the demons to this Realm. The Mortal Realm was vulnerable to the demons, which feed on the magical energy of the Earth. The first Bearer gathered both his Veiled Realm fighters and new Mortal Realm followers around him. He commanded them in battle against the demons.
The demons were defeated again but Theodas worried that the Mortal Realm will always be a temptation for them. Theodas made the decision to stay in the Mortal Realm to continue to protect it. To do this, he gathered the surviving fighters banded together under the Bearer and formed the Order of the Radiant Blade. The organization was based on the principles of taking care of the weak and defending against evil.
