Ravoth
The Great Dragon of Loyalty
Ravoth is a blue dragon that used to be the dungeon guardian for a Core known as Beryl. When Beryl was destroyed, and most of the dungeon was eradicated, Ravoth was left with shepherding the remnants to someplace safe. She was appalled by the actions of these adventurers that followed virtues that killed creatures that were innocent. However, upon founding a new home and safeguarding Her people, Ravoth met the remainder of Zircon’s dungeon, the Core of Pacts, and realized that they were just like Her. Exiles by circumstance. She swore Her loyalty to them as they provided Her and Her people a home without asking for benefits from them. Her mount is recognized as being a Blue Drake.
Dogma
Ravoth is a retributive force. Actions taken against Her people are actions against Her. Her loyalty and sense of purpose are as intense as the actions She will take to defend them. She takes Her time to rest when She can, and She does not view anyone around Her as expendable. As a former dungeon guardian, She feels the need to protect what remains of Beryl’s legacy. To lose one’s purpose, and to lose one’s legacy, is a devastation that even She can’t hold back.
Gaining Favor or Redemption
Balahran worshippers of the Alliance of Scales do not have to seek redemption from them as their faith is not gifted, but taken. Ravoth’s favor is in conjunction to what Stoorworm, the Great Dragon of Captivity, gains power from. Giving your word is not something done lightly, and to solidify your word with a loyalty undying is what makes it more powerful. For it is not fealty. It is not a promise. It is an ideal.
Interactions with the World
Ravoth influences the actions of Her worshippers through guidance. Ravoth’s guidance upon Her worshippers is dedication. This dedication to others, and to the ideals they uphold, lead further into what made Ravoth join the Alliance of Scales. The Thirteen offered unbridled power, but the Alliance of Scales offered something to the balahran. Their people. She saw they were lost, and Her dedication bled into the land. Her loyalty to the balahran gave them the sense of unity amongst each other. And thus, Ravoth provided to the balahran ideals and dedication to them.
