Maxwell Tinley
The Icon of Humans
Maxwell, also known as the Emperor of the People, is a short human with shaggy brown hair and a sun-kissed, freckled complexion. Maxwell is best known for His blade; a dark metal blade with a Dungeon Core in the pommel. This blade is capable of defending Maxwell and moving Him to where He is considered the most advantageous. Many worshippers of Maxwell come from all walks of life as He represents the versatility that all humans encompass. His mount is recognized as being a Warhorse.
Dogma
Maxwell is a very trusting Icon. This tends to lead to situations where His trust is bent, but not broken. Maxwell has a difficult time believing that actions can make up someone's character, and that it is the consistency of their actions that makes them who they really are. It is the ability to trust beyond what your senses tell you that makes Maxwell a truly remarkable Icon.
Gaining Favor or Redemption
Maxwell is one of few Icons that does not care for where you came from or who you are. As such, there is no loss of favor or even a need to redeem yourself in His eyes. However, this does not stop the Overlord and Tenebrous from enforcing the key dogmatic rule to all humans: coming back to life is a grievous sin, and such an act will expel you from the favor of the Icons and into the depths of dungeons.
Interactions with the world
Maxwell, to the confusion of other Icons, actually loves to interact with Omen. More importantly, Maxwell deems it necessary to help out struggling farmers with their crops. This, among many other mundane acts, has caused humans to realize that it is the simpler things in life that are meant to be appreciated. Worshippers of Maxwell do tend to be hardworking folks that believe they can do more with their lives than toil at work. Thus, they become adventurers typically, or in other cases they become pious folk that preach the importance of enjoying the little things, and protecting the ability to enjoy them.
