Grabguts Chew'em
The Overlord of Orcs
Grabguts Chew'em has been known as a prolific bounty hunter and is the first and only overlord of the orc pantheon. The only deity that has resided on Shon for a period of time amongst others that became deities, Grabguts has maintained being the definition of orcish demeanor. His resting place of Longfield is where His beloved, Lyla, lived and died in His arms. After His battle to aid other former deities to ascend, He succumbed to His wounds, but His sacrifice is what guaranteed His ascension into becoming the Overlord of Orcs. He is also a part of the Nature Pantheon as The Embodiment of Hunters. His mount is recognized as being a Blue Drake.
Dogma
Grabguts is a very trusting and fun-loving orc. His definitive traits tend to be His curiousity and His merciful nature. Grabguts, after losing Lyla, has vowed to never take a life unless it is absolutely necessary. Only twice did Grabguts take a life. Once was with Lord Skald, the Icon of Monster Slayers, to save the lives of not only His friends but to save the daughter of Lord Skald. And the second life was of Auros Fellarch, the Paragon of Rulership, so Shon could have deities to govern Shon in His stead.
Gaining Favor or Redemption
To gain favor with Grabguts, being merciful is often the route many take. However, if one were to kill when mercy could be given, then this will displease Grabguts. For if you have the strength to stay your blade, then you will stand stronger than the most decorated of soldiers. Redemption is sought through the mercy of Krakhorn, the Lord of Redemption.
Ranking requirements
Only those who are of a divine ranking of 17 Lord Protector have earned the chance to worship Grabguts.
Grabguts is rather active with His interactions with Shon. His reasoning is of a moral obligation as He provides His people the ability to show mercy and seek peaceful resolution as opposed to war. Were it not for the influence of Grabguts, all of Shon's orcish peoples would be tyrannical conquerors with no remorse for their actions. Those that are at Grabguts' spiritual rank are natural born leaders, those that can forge their own path, and are capable of staying their hand in hopes of extending it in peace instead of war.
