Fosredas, Heir of the Illuminant Sun ((foss-rid-ahs))
The sky is an open field that exists above the mortal races and material world. Whether it is the grand azure expanse during the day, or the inky blackness of night illuminated only by the moonlight of the three spheres above. The night is an enchanting object of fascination, however it has hidden dangers in the shadows that blanket the landscape. Creatures that stalk the night could make easy prey of a sleeping mortal. The darkness can drown the sense of sight in an ocean of pitch, making the perfect opportunity for an ambush. However, the night is always driven away as daytime comes. Light is carried upon a wave of violets, pinks and oranges as the beaming sun is carried into the sky. The carrier of light and the giver of life. The sun is often a staple of many surfaceworld faiths and cultures. However, in The Campiotic Guide, it takes the form of a god. The giver of life, master of time, god of fire, and heir apparent of the sun itself.
The Illuminant Visage
Fosredas is a tale male figure wearing robes of white, pink, and gold. His skin is colored like copper and his eyes are a warm amber. He has a short beard of curly brown hair and a crown atop his head made of ivory. Each of the five points stand tall above his head, with a divine gemstone embedded in each of the points that shed radiant light.
The Sun Throne
Within the radiant paradise, Fosredas rules as king. A fortress of light colored stone and columns of liquid, golden light. The Sun Throne is the realm and seat of Fosredas. Originally, it was the realm of his wife Almara, the goddess of Light and Life. After her death at the end of The Crown Ruination, Fosredas inherited her seat and title as a god of life and ruler of The Sun Throne. The Sun Throne itself is a brilliant plane of light and justice. A golden sky that turns to orange and pink the closer it gets to the horizon. Developed plazas and parks with marble brick roads. Angels and celestial creature fly through the skies and the spirits of only the most devout wander the streets of the cities. Most of the spirits that devoted their lives to Fosredas go to the Fields of Lampsiria, that lay beneath The Sun Throne. The souls that live in Lampsiria serve Fosredas in the Afterlife.
Divine Domains
Fosredas, Heir of the Illuminance, His Grand Brilliance. He is the god of the Sun, fire, time, law, and light. The embodiment of the sun and all its purifying radiance made form for those who follow the faith.
Fosredas wields a large amount of cosmic power in both the domains he was created with, and the domains he inherited from his wife. Upon his creation, he had been bestowed a large amount of power over the concept of time, change, and fire. The passing of eons and the growth and decay of life with the travel of time. After his marriage to Almara, he was inducted into new services on the sun. He became a god of beginnings, flame, time, and fate. However, after he death at the end of The Ruination, he was instated with the domains he holds today. The events of The Ruination would instill into him and his worshippers a sense of justice and a responsibility to uphold order in the name of Almara the Martyr. So law became one of his most recent domains.
