Ever since the creation of the universe, there have been incredible beings that can mold and shape it, creating matter and forming worlds. These beings are gods, and their powers are immeasurable. With the ability to create, destroy, and shape the world below them they are worshipped by the lesser beings of mortals that inhabit their sandbox. When they tired of creating the center of the material realm, they turned to their own realms. After the events of the events of the Ruination, they are sworn to remain in their realms and not interfere with the realm of mortals in a physical sense. However, they still interact with mortals through religion. Faith is an important aspect in the world of Omeath and beyond. It has the ability to inspire, opress, and influence people and the enviroment they live in. Many of the gods have joined together to form alliances, groups, or families. These are known as Pantheons. Pantheons of gods are often worshipped together in a religion. Some are small and are wroshipped around a region or country, whereas some span continents and hemispheres. The Campiotic Guide worships the Campiotic Pantheon of Fosredas, Gradi, Nimur, Regina, and Wystana. While many in the faith worship a specific deity, they are all part of the same pantheon and can assist each other. Some gods remain independent. Perhaps they are newer deities, or they are too strong of spirit to be restricted to a group. Regardless, they still find worship among certain circles of devoted worshippers.
