This small business is family owned. It was created by the firbolg Olive Brambleheart and her two younger siblings Ash and Cherry. They hired some friends to assist as they grew and received an increase in orders over the years.

Mission Statement

Here at Sublime Soaps we produce handmade bath and body products using high quality, ethically sourced materials. We aim to provide our customers with a wide range of scents and product types to cover any skin care and personal needs. If any customer is left unsatisfied, we'll do our best to work with them to produce a better item.

Products

This company produces both normal and enchanted items. Customers may find products such as cold process soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body butter, scrubs, body wash, and various cleansers within their store. Orders may also be made online and in recent years they are now able to ship internationally.
Scents and styles are cycled throughout the year. Each season has a set lineup produced and is often influenced by customer surveys. For a small additional fee, custom orders may be placed. Olive does her best to ensure they always have the supplies to fulfill their regulars' needs.

Responsibilities

Each member handles their fair share of work and typically focuses on a specific part of the process.

Olive

She oversees the entire process and handles the company's financials. Olive takes the information from surveys and works with her employees to create each seasonal lineup. She has the final say in product designs. Olive helps with production during busy seasons.

Ash

He handles a majority of the production process. Ash ensures their equipment is up to date, clean, and in working order. During his free time, he hosts small soap making workshops for the local children. These are usually hosted in their workshop during slow periods.

Cherry

She is the more creative sibling and produces designs for their products. Cherry meets with Olive to ensure they comply with company standards. She draws bar soap designs and drafts other products on a tablet.

Molly

She runs the store and handles most of their customer service needs. Molly keeps inventory and alerts the right people when stock and or supplies are low. She enjoys stocking the shelves and setting up special displays to showcase certain products.

Quinton

They oversee shipping and acquiring supplies. Quinton travels to find materials best suited to their needs. They meet with suppliers with Olive and will attend business and craft related workshops throughout the year.
