Energetic and mysterious, Claudia was a human wizard. She was best known for creating the Dream Land carnival. Around the time it was abandoned, she vanished and has yet to return.

Physical Appearance

Claudia stands at 5'8 with an average build. She has white skin with minimal freckles and no scarring. Her hair is medium blonde, wavy, and reaches her mid back. She usually dyes it silver or light blue. Her eyes are round and she has heterochromia; her left eye is brown and her right eye is green.
Claudia usually wears dresses or light fitting soft clothing. Her wardrobe consists of light colors and cloud patterns. She also has a large collection of accessories, preferring silver over gold. Her favorite pieces are often loose and have bits she can stim with.
Due to her EDS, Claudia uses different mobility aides and braces. They vary from day to day or even moment to moment. Her main aids are a wheelchair for bad days and crutches for most others. They all come in colors that compliment her wardrobe.

Personality

Claudia is friendly and talkative. She loves meeting new people as long as it's on her terms. If she's allowed to decompress when needed, she can handle various gatherings to an extent.
Magic has been her special interest since she was a child. She loves reading about it even long after graduating. One of her stims involves repeating various non damaging cantrips over and over.

Early Life

Claudia was born to a human mother and father. She is the youngest of three girls. One sister is a year older than her while the other is four years older. She was born and raised in (city) where she lived most of her life.
At 19 she attended the Luminous University where she specialized in enchantment magic. She graduated at 24 and moved back home until eventually settling down in (city).

The Carnival

Claudia wanted to do something more with her magic. She was never fond of fighting, so she shied away from adventuring and similar pursuits. With the help of close friends, she created Dream Land. It's true purposes are unknown to the public.
Her favorite addition to the carnival was the large metal tree that stood at its center. It disappeared as well and people theorize it may be connected to her own vanishing.
