Alaghúl-Garhifiŋ
The Alaghúl-Garhifiŋ was the council of the Ïlýrhonid Tribe and was made of the Heads of each of the 12 Families, with one of them being chosen to ascend to the position of Hyvamto-Rhïlýrhonid, the de facto ruler of the Tribe. The primary purpose of the Council was to examine the proposed decrees of the Hyvamto-Rhïlýrhonid in the context of their families' needs, plights, and stances. It would only be through the unanimous decision of all eleven Council members that the decree would pass.
