Úrïsic Expedition

The Úrïsic Expedition was the fifth and last of the Yarpalïŋ-Ýmïlýrhonid. Lasting from 10 Suta-Eimarae, 25019 AYM to 3 Heta-Eimarae, 25017 AYM. it was the only Expedition of the five to occur after the departure of the Ýlëntuk Family and the beginning of the First Ýlëntukian War. In this capacity, the Úrïsic Expedition was meant to combat the influence of the Varhoŋïð-Khalúš, who were established as the enemies of the Ïlýrhonid Tribe, by facilitating allied forces in the Hýyó-Hayïd and Hýyo-Wýðúr.

Prelude

The Úrïsic Expedition was the fifth of the Yarpalïŋ-Ýmïlýrhonid, or the Expeditions out of the Ïlýrhonid Tribe, whose four other Expeditions occurred in a period lasting from 25032 to 25019 AYM. Highly influential in reshaping the cultural and social identities of the Ïlýrhonid Tribe and the subgroups within it, the Expeditions were the culmination of the public sentiment known as the Ýmïlýrhonid Movement, the beginning of the Heta-Ýmor-Vëtam, and the primary cause behind the abolishment of the Kavamïŋ-Ïlýrhonid and Kavamïŋ-Hnúyo-Krašl, that is, the main religious systems of the Tribe.

Departure

Alongside the first Yarpalïŋ-Ýmïlýrhonid, the Hayïdic Expedition, the Úrïsic Expedition is the only other one to depart from the Tribe by means of the westerly passage between the southern coast of the Blýfónic Valley and the Nuzowli Mountain Range. Far from being a mere result of circumstances, this decision was motivated by the threat the Khalúšians posed, as their territory, a thin strip along the western edge of the Volain Forest, also included the mouth of the western fork of the Kairn River System.
