Arvisn
Goddess of time, knowledge and fate, Arvisn is a being of immeasurable knowledge and vision. It is said that her never-ending gaze can see through all eyes in existence, allowing her to know and see all. It is this ability that allows her to safeguard the flow of time and ensure that it is never upset or reversed. This feeling is reflected in her acquisition of knowledge. Vestries dedicated to Arvisn are more like libraries or colleges than traditional churches, though this knowledge is not always freely given. To Arvisn, knowledge must be sustained and kept, even if it has some dark connection or a traumatic price. Churches of Arvisn constantly print and copy new versions of most books, but those of darker nature are closely guarded and never allowed to be copied.
While both of these fields are large and diverse, so is Arvisn's connection to destiny and fate. Because of her acclimation of knowledge and ability to pierce the veil of time, many prophecies and divinations have been produced by the chosen of Arvisn. In particular, whenever a "prophet" appears, they usually have some connection to Arvisn or her clergy. They also keep accurate records of prophecies and constantly watch for signs that one is coming to fruition.

Compedia Infinatum: Intrinsically connected to the clergy of Arvisn, the Compedia Infinatum is a collection of the most pressing events, lore, and general knowledge acquired by the clergy. Once per year, the highest ranking officials from around the world gather in Drea to put the events of that year into the official Compedia. While many high-ranking clerics have small or shortened copies of the Compedia, there exists only one true copy. Only the Exarch can access this massive tome, and it is unknown just how much information is stored within.

Tenets of Faith
The pursuit of knowledge is a constant, never-ending quest. To stop learning is to stagnate and grow useless.
There must be balance in all things to ensure the world remains as it should be.
Fate is as much the future as memories are the past.
Holidays
Erudis: Taking place on the 17th of Timeset, Erudis is a day of intellectual celebration and enlightenment. It is common for colleges or chapels of Arvisn to host open lectures, allowing the enlightened to educate anyone interested. It is also the day which begins the long and arduous process of updating the Compedia Infinatum, an event that usually takes the remainder of the month to fully complete.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
With a form usually covered in a cloak or drapes, Arvisn is rarely shown with a certain body type, though any limbs that can be seen are usually slim and lithe. In addition, her face is sometimes hidden, though her numerous glowing eyes always pierce through the disguise.
Body Features
The most notable aspect of Arvisn's physicality is her numerous eyes. While sometimes hidden or blocked from direct sight, most artistic representations of her depict her with anywhere from four to seven eyes. These eyes are usually silver or blue, and always give off a faint glow. This glow is often seen beneath whatever form of obfuscation she is using.
Mental characteristics
Gender Identity
Most tales portray Arvisn as either a female or a generic, non-binary individual. In either case, she is usually referred to as a goddess.
Intellectual Characteristics
Being that she is the de facto god of raw intelligence, the true intelligence of Arvisn is a vast, incomprehensible thing. While it is vast, it has been shown that such a large volume of knowledge has made recalling it all difficult at times, with the goddess intermittently giving false claims or out dated information when asked. However, such issues are usually quickly identified and rectified.
Morality & Philosophy
While she promotes the ideals of gathering knowledge, the morality behind such a drive is an unimportant thing to Arvisn. A hero researching the cure to an ancient disease and an aspiring lich seeking immortality can both be summated as someone seeking to further their own knowledge. Those that willingly seek to use said knowledge to harm others are generally considered taboo, but not always.
Social
Contacts & Relations
Saint Tacita: Governing the realms of fate and destiny, Saint Tacita is considered the first prophet to exist in Genaeth. Her ability to see the weave of fate and perceive glimpses of potential future events has inspired many followers to continue doing so since them. This is most apparent within the Tacitan Collective, a globe-spanning group of clerics and casters dedicated to collecting potential prophecies and awaiting their happening.
Saint Orphon: Keeper of time, Saint Orphon and his followers are charged with documenting events throughout the years and marking the passage of time itself. They are the recordkeepers who communicate with nations across the world to ensure major events are well documented and recorded for future reference. Many powerful creatures would attempt to meddle with time, and it is the duty of Saint Orphon and his ilk to stop such nuisances.
Saint Benya: Often referred to as the First Scholar, Saint Benya is the gnome patron of general intelligence and retention. While Saint Orphon's followers record events and history, Saint Benya's are tasked with recording all forms of information in vast libraries or repositories, storing information of all kinds and awaiting the day it will be useful. Beings of power or prestige often ally themselves with the keepers of these places in the hopes of making use of the knowledge within, should they ever need them.
