Tengoku No Me (Heaven's Eyes) allows the users to see the "Strings of Fate", the invisible lines that bind all things and people and control what will happen. However, contrary to common belief not everything is scripted to happen, only events called "Key Points" are fixed and will happen regardless. These fixed points are connected with chains whilst normal events are connected with strings that are constantly moving and changing.
