The High Court of Change

The High Court of Change is the highest level in the government that can be achieved by a mortal citizen. It is the legislative body that identifies problems at the highest level in order to begin finding long-term solutions.   Sectioned into different focus groups for better management. The following are the main focus groups:
  • Treasury/Monetary Issues
  • Diplomacy/External Relations
  • Protection/Military
  • Education
  • Necessities/Infrastructure
  • Social/Cultural

Structure

The Court members are elected officials, direct democracy, and while they make the reigning decisions for the country they traditionally seek approval from Her Highness the Queen to ensure the changes they make are sound to her.

Culture

Ideally, the culture of the Court of Change revolves around finding solutions to problems that the people voice to them, after identifying the roots of said problems. Those elected to the Court are driven to better the world they and others live in, and aim to serve their communities at whatever level they run for a position in.

Public Agenda

Public agenda of The Court entails that they are representatives of their inhabitants of all creeds, and that by being elected into the court they will bring the problems of the common citizen into consideration so that they can be solved and have change be made.

Fairly scientifically and technologically advanced.

Education

Education level has standardly been quite high, as well as a few members meant to represent the common citizen as well.
