Humans have long since roamed the world, the most common race to walk the world. Despite this, they are the most distinct of all - with various civilizations and cultures stretching across the continents. It cannot even be said they worship the same. Just as many humans worship the gods, many turn the mysterious teachings of Tvashi or the Daii.
While most humans have little perception of the Er, this is not true for all. There are some who are able to sense it a bit - leading to side effects as simple as being able to tell it may rain to as serious as seeing visions of the future. Those with a strong connection will likely end up as Ark, though there are rumors of a rare few who gain god-like powers without the need to a bond.

Geographic Origin and Distribution
Humans are spread across every region of the world, from north to south and west to east. The only unique location humans lack presence in is the Golden City, but there are many who have settled around the outskirts of it.
