Claw Wine

Hanna Rist invented this drink as a promotion when she opened The Snapping Line. This potent and pungent drink is definitely an acquired taste, but remains a favorite among the patrons of the tavern. While the exact details of the formula are a secret, Hanna claims that it's made primarily from potatoes and lobster meat. She ferments the secret mash in barrels for weeks, then when it's ripe enough, she boils the mixture through a maze of pipes and bottles that distills the liquor into repurposed wine bottles.
