World Council of the Twin Scales
The World Council of the Twin Scales or WCTS for short is an organization set together to ensure balance and peace among the many diverse races of Oculus. The council at its core is an alliance of the many people of the world to cooperate and coexist in an otherwise chaotic world.
Structure
The council is made up representatives of each of the major races. Each group has a single counselor to represent their people for the world. In order for a new group of people to gain a seat they must go through a set of checks and criteria to be eligible. From there they must prove their value to the council in order to show the world that they are worth an audience.
Public Agenda
The WCTS oversees the actions taken by individual kingdoms/governments to ensure that peace and equality are at the forefront of any and all movements. Any governments that do not comply face strict trade bans and are otherwise restricted from world affairs.
History
The WCTS was started after the resolution of the Final Contact War The cost of the war was so great that the council was formed to ensure that nothing like it ever happened again.
