Twin Scales Treaty

This is the document signed at the Battle of Noshire that ended the Final Contact War This document was signed by each of the 6 world leaders at the time. It signed over the western half of Kyen to the Reptilians in exchange for an end to the 50 year war and the disbandment of the Zaograk empire. The treaty was written and signed on the front of one of the soldiers tower shields because it was all that was available at the time. To this day the shield hangs inside Twin Scales Palace just miles from where it was signed thousands of years before.
