Man hunter

Man hunter is the first rank of the kingom of Growth military. It the staple of the military, as most soldiers are assigned his rank. Even tho it has many rookies, they are quickly trained into rather skilled soldiers that would normally be seen is higher ranks of the other factions. Normally military is a full-time thing, but new soldiers are quickly trained up in case of an emergency and let go once the dust sets.

Joining requirements:

To join the first rank, the person needs to be at least 15 years old, member of the faction and swear loyality to the kingdom, breaking which is punishable by death.
However, the person does not need to be an eraati, unless they moved into the kingdom within the last 5 years.

Military equipment:

Man hunters start with a shortsword, a light wooden shield a shortbow with arrows, along bodypaint when needed, to mask them in the jungle during a conflict.
As they progress and their effort and skill are recognize, the soldiers upgrade to a spear, and/or a sword, a proper round shield, light armor, usually leather and better bows like composite bow or longbow.

Training:

Man hunters have to undergo 1 year of military training and after that, as they are in full service, they train at least 4-5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

Man hunters need to serve as long as their are in the military full time either improving or keeping up their skills and serve during war or other such emergencies, stay loyal to the kingdom no matter what and uphold it's laws, traditions and beliefs.

Special permissions:

Man hunters can kill civillians, if they believe and can prove their actions are going against the kingdom, such as commiting a crime, but they still need it to be approved by a secret guard.

Schedule:

This schedule applies only during trainign days.

• From 6:00 to 6:30 they have breakfast
• From 6:30 to 7:00 they do regular tasks, such as maintaining their equipment or cleaning
• FRom 8:00 to 11:00 they train
• From 11:00 to 12:00 they have lunch
• From 12:00 to 13:00 they have time off
• From 13:00 to 18:00 they train
• From 18:00 they have dinner and the rest of the day off

This schedule applies during non-trainign days

• From 6:00 to 6:30 they have breakfast
• From 6:30 to 7:00 they do regular tasks, such as maintaining their equipment or cleaning
• From 8:00 to 11:00 they patrol the nearby jungle and maintain military equipment and structures there and practice ambushes
• From 11:00 to 12:00 they have lunch
• From 12:00 to 13:00 they have time off
• From 13:00 to 18:00 they have combat drill, preparing what to do during a war and unexpected attacks, from ambushes, all the way to close combat and combat in open spaces, or civilized areas, when it comes to it
• From 18:00 they have dinner and the rest of the day off
