Archdruid

In Eraati culture, Archdruid is the highest rank a Druid can get. Whoever gains the title becomes a respected member of the comunity, someone to look up to. They way to becoming an Archdruid is something not many are willing to go through, even less acomplish the feat.

Becoming an Archdruid:

Druids are a link between people and nature. The job requires full devotion and time, making it one of the hardest jobs out there. Not many druids last more than a few years and rather return to their ol lives.
Becoming an Archdruid takes decades of hard work and devtion, an unique outlook and wisdom most lack. Most fail, but some rise above others and achieve the title, but their journey is something noone want to go through.

Searching for answers:

Once a Druid is chosen by his community to become an Archdruid, they leave the civilization and their people, dissapearing into the unexplored depth of nature. Sometimes they are gone for years, some don't ever return. They survive off of what nature provides and search for answers to their questions. It's a long jurney, many Archdruids speak of as: ,,Becoming a tree that burns for years, only to become charred remains of what once was. This title brings only pain, but is too important to give up.''
Once a Druid returns, their wisdom becomes greater than in the years before. They finally found the answers and are ready to share them with the world. Most change in more ways than one. Some become unrecognizable from their past selves, some become scarred by the answers they found, but most change in ways simillar to veteran soldiers returning from battle.
None of them speak about their time spent alone, making what happened a mystery.
