A.J is the 3rd generation son of Airremus Coltello-Sangue, the co-founder of international restaurant & agricultural research management company "Col-San Novi'tas". A.J Coltello, as some news circuits like to call him, is a 4th year student of the IAASS, one of the youngest top chefs internationally, the heir to the Col-San Novi'tas fortune and next Coltello-Sangue family head.
A.J, who prefers to go by his the nicknames "O-Just" or simply "Just", is the best friend and classmate of another young Lord Micah Everfrost of the Everfrost Duchy. While attending his second year at the academy, the culinary sciences class was ambushed by mountain bandits who had trained demon beasts amongst their numbers. Aj and Micah were two of the five saviors who rescued the student body and faculty from the ordeal. From some eyewitnesses it was said that from then on the two gained favor amongst the faculty and student body but their reputation gained mirrored results. Due to his display of heroism and his famed cooking style they combined "Au Jus" and his middle name " Justice" and nicknamed him " O-Jus" or " San Just". They went on to call Micah, Sabio Micah, that is to say Micah the Sage due to his awe inspiring knowledge of herbs, tonics and medicinal potions. However, the flip side is there where others who saw the more gruesome side of that school trip battle and coined the event "The BloodFrost Massacre" and named two of the same students the " The Bartender & The Butcher".
