Founding

Dream Giant settlements in what is now the sea-floor of the Tetyi Khir, but was at that time verdant forest, unite into the Kingdom of Ishtakar. Widely considered the greatest of the Nightmare Empires, Ishtakar wlll go on to create such things as lichdom, dragons, and the magical language of New Thulic.

Ishtakar means, in Thulic, "Twilight Realm".
