Talon

The finely crafted yew recurve bow has many stylized fixtures. These include the sweeping wings that cover the front of the riser over the grip, the bladed talons reaching out from the ends of each of the limbs, and the markings along the limbs themselves which appear to be the overlaid imprints of feathers. The unusually dark wood of the bow's arms is a rich brown color, a byproduct of the enchantments that are infused in it. The riser is still yew, but a lighter tan due to a different mixture of magic. The reaching talons on each tip are formed of gold and silver.

Significance

The bow is the personal weapon of Galu Hightalon.
