The Naga Tribe
The Naga Tribe is the official tribe of the main branches of the Naga race. Citizens of the Naga Tribe are considered to be any Naga who reside within Naga territory in Dreagor. The Naga Tribe has seven highborn clans. They are as follows:
Fang Clan
Blood Clan
Sand Clan
River Clan
Sun Clan
Scale Clan
Blade Clan
These seven clans are the basis of the Naga royal family. All other Naga are just citizens and will never be part of the royal family. Each month, a coliseum battle is held between the seven highborn Naga clans and their champions. Each champion is a member of the clan themselves, and will fight in a free for all battle to the death. The clan that currently holds the throne will announce a twist one week before the battle. Common ones are rabid Spidorcions in the arena, or the champion must not wear armor. The last champion standing is the winner of the arena games and their clan is granted the throne. The Blade Clan has held the throne for as long as any Naga can remember, despite giving all the clans a monthly chance to dethrone them. Because a clan holds the throne rather than one person, the Naga Tribe is considered to be an oligarchy, with a select few individuals holding power.
The Naga Tribe owns approximately one-third of Dreagor’s land.

Structure
The oligarchy of the Naga Tribe functions around the monthly gladiatorial battle. The clan who’s champion is killed first is assigned to water and irrigation duties, as well as working out sewage and plumbing problems. Second killed is assigned to public complaints and service projects. Third is assigned to diplomatic relations. The fourth is assigned to calendar and scheduling. Fifth is assigned to military and education affairs. Sixth is assigned tax management. As for the only champion left alive, their tribe will assume the role of ruler, and become the face of the kingdom.
Culture
Instire Yos Ssnan is the motto of the Naga Tribe, and represents their culture as a whole, as well as the Naga race.
History
The Naga Tribe were partial instigators and had major roles in the three Wars of the Wastes. The Naga Tribe have never really been involved in diplomatic relations outside of Dreagor.
