The Ladies' Hiking Club

An ad hoc group of adventurers formed in response to the Siege of Bridlip, comprised of:

• Bard Beulah Garland,
• Cleric Vega Spritzer,
• Rogue Clytemnestra "Fanny" Glitters and
• Pubkeeper extraordinaire Cherry Merrybottom .

In the course of trying to save the residents of Bridlip from a hobgoblin invasion, the group stumbled upon a preserved Yishanim biosphere, known as The "Lighthouse" , under the town chapel. Upon investigation, they were confronted by cultists (including The Silent Man), led by General Kuzoh and Decima Overmere that appeared to be tampering with a Lantern: the artifacts that sealed the archlich Naraoch inside the Green Dream -- the aether forming the unshaped essence of all worlds -- and prevented the apocalypse thousands of years ago during the Autumn Age.
One of the victims of the cultists, known only as "Bob", professed to be a mage of Anthur-Ro and suggested that what the cultists were after was Naraoch's phylactery: her "backup", a living vessel constructed to store the blood that had been extracted from her in the course of her imprisonment. They seemed to believe, based on their arcane technology in the form of a green spyglass, that Clytemnestra was that phylactery and that her progeny might also have some degree of that blood in their veins.
Given the stakes of that enterprise, the Ladies' Hiking Club went southwest to the Wandering City, looking for Anthurs. Sorry. Sorry, I'm trying to delete it.
