Cecil Hunter

Mayor Cecil Hunter (a.k.a. Cee)

Cecil Hunter was born and raised in Madison City. He attended South Solomon University and graduated with a Masters degree in Political Science. He worked for the City Council for close to three decades before finally being elected Mayor of Madison City at the age of 55.
Cecil is tasked by the City Council to wrestle control of The Swamp back from the Coalfell Institute. Pieces of it are part of Madison City's parish, but the City Council wants all of it back. Cecil sets to work developing negotiations between Madison and the other parishes in order to purchase the Swamp and incorporate it back into Madison territory.
