Anna Bordelon

Anna Bordelon is an explorer. Her father was Dr. Coulter Bordelon, an adventurer and member of The Explorer's Club. He took her everywhere. She's seen the Pyramids of Egypt and the Great Wall of China. She's also sailed the Caribbean and then the Philippines. When she was an adult, her father sent her to South Solomon University. School life wasn't for her, but she did enjoy some of her classes, especially Occult Studies by Professor Gerald Ward.
Anna didn't buy into magic or the Exotic Mysteries, but she enjoyed Gerald's personality and teaching method. When she graduated with a simple degree in Liberal Arts, she returned to the wilds of the world. She was done with the sea and the desert and settled on exploring the Arctic Circle. She spent close to three years in the ice and snow before she came upon a frightening sight:
Anna discovered the Village of Shahad. Everyone that lived there was lying on the ground, frozen, calm. She assumed they all froze to death, but the fact that all of them were just lying on the ground, scattered like fallen leaves, she couldn't help but be completely confused. Anna recognized a pattern in the ice and stones around the village as a Heka symbol. Her world was shaken and she decided to return to Madison City to discuss her discoveries with her professor only to learn he had left the city.
Anna, unsure of where to go, decided to move to New Orleans for a spell before returning to the Arctic Circle.
