Ishlav
A city built on a city. The original city was destroyed a couple decades ago when aeon priests studying a strange device explorers had brought to the city, accidentally set it off and it let out a burst of energy that destroyed all non-living matter (other than fresh-cut wood, and the "ground" including soil, rocks and boulders) within approximately 3 km. Some, but not all, people caught within the blast radius found that any wounds or diseases were cured and even today residents enjoy good health, good looks and long lives. Many who specialise in upgrading human form and health have made Ishlav their home.
Three distinct rings, slums on outskirts, second ring merchants/professionals/established, middle ring the wealthy with access somewhat restricted.
Population: 20,000
But many are "idle" there seeking healing etc but without a way to earn a living resulting in a growing underworld.
Monks of Mitos: organisation is a growing threat in the city. Led by a man named Kollos, renowned for otherworldly combat skills and claims to have harnessed power of universe in his cells. Wear blue-robes with exposed arms. Has grown since Hamilcar's last visit.
