Francis IV (Jacob Fritz Corin Baksworth; born November 3rd, 2702) is the current King of Nuggia and the most recent King from the House of Baksworth.
The future Francis IV was born on November 3rd, 2702 on in the Palace at Newbend on Eronus to his father Iwan Capstan and mother Ferdinanda I. His child was relatively sheltered, spending most of his time moving between royal palaces in the Nuggian Core, and receiving an education primarily from tutors hired by the royal family, although he attended Eizabeth Carolin Preparatory School when he turned 15. When he came of age at 18, he enrolled in the Eronian War College and received a bachelor's degree in Military History. He had begun his service in the Nuggian Army when his mother unexpectedly died and he inherited the throne.
Francis IV inherited the throne on September 2nd, 2726, after the death of his mother. Taking of the name of the first Nuggian King, he was crowned Francis IV on Februrary 28th, 2726. His reign has seen a dialing back of the overt use of royal power. Since the being crowned 20 years ago, he has no denied royal assent to a law passed by the congress so far. He has also visibly pulled back the use of the Knights to supress Republican movements. This has led some to consider him "The Good King" for his current restraint in the use of royal power.

Francis IV was commissioned as an officer in the Nuggian Army prior to his ascension to the throne. He was only commissioned fore 17 months before his mother died and he inherited the throne. He is currently the King of Nuggia, and the reigning monarch of the Grand Empire of Nuggia.
