When you make the Meditate action, all negative mental debuffs on you are halved.
Spend 1 Psionic Ki to confuse a creature within 60 feet of you that you are aware of. They make a WIS roll against a DC of 14 + your Prof + WIS. On fail, they gain Confused (III) (1). On a success, they gain Confused (I) (1).
Whenever you or a creature you are linked with is afflicted by a mental status effect, all linked creatures including yourself are afflicted with the status effect. Effects that cleanse mental status effects on linked targets only work if you are the target; removing status effects from you removes them from all linked targets.
You cannot roll below average on saves against mental status effects. Additionally, you can choose to numb yourself to physical pain at will.
Spend 2 Psionic Ki to invigorate an ally with psionic energy. Grant that ally 1 additional ability action on their next turn, or immediately if their turn has already passed.
Attempt to read the target’s short term memory, granting you access to all thoughts and sensations that they remember having since they last slept. The target must make a WIS save of DC 14 + Prof + your WIS to avoid being read.
Spend 2 Psionic Ki to heal an ally by 7HD, and halve the stack count of any negative mental status effects.

Spend 4 Psionic Ki per round to take control of a KO'ed ally, reanimating their body. Their INT, WIS, and CHA are replaced by yours while reanimated, and they have full access to all of their abilities. However, they gain 1 stack of Injury whenever they take damage, and also 1 stack whenever they take damage exceeding their maximum HP.
Control the mind of an enemy for a cost of 2 Psionic Ki per turn, inflicting Mind Control (III). The enemy must make a WIS saving throw against 14 + Proficiency + your WIS in order to resist.
Spend Psionic Ki to allow a linked target to use a skill from another linked target. The target copying the skill will use their own stats, and the skill must be one whose requisite parts (e.g. weapons, other skills) are present on the character copying the skill. The Psionic Ki cost of copying the skill is equivalent to 5 + the skill's rarity (Basic = 1, Uncommon = 2 etc).
The first mind control you make per short/long rest lasts indefinitely, is of tier VII, and costs no Psionic Ki to upkeep.
