For 1 round, all negative effects of Bloodthirst on you are waived.
You have offered your flesh as a vessel for an eldritch parasite, in exchange for powerful abilities. Use of certain abilities will give you stacks of a debuff known as Bloodthirst. As your stacks of Bloodthirst increase, negative effects will accumulate.
Bloodthirst (I): Your parasite hungers. Take damage equivalent to the damage roll at the start of your turn.
Bloodthirst (III): Your parasite feeds. Gain Stagger (III).
Bloodthirst (V): Your body begins to fail. Gain Exhaustion (III).
Bloodthirst (VII): The parasite has almost fully consumed you. Gain Exhaustion (V) and Stun (I).
Bloodthirst (IX): The parasite has fully consumed you. If you end your turn at Bloodthirst (IX) or above, you are immediately KO’ed, ignoring the effects of Auto-Revive and Morale.
Your eldritch parasite grants you special abilities at the 1st, 3rd, 6th, 10th, 14th, 17th, and 20th level.
Make an attack with an Unarmed Strike or a weapon that your parasite has assimilated against an enemy. On a hit, you convert a stack of Bloodthirst to Decay (1) and transfer it to the target. The target must make a CON save against a DC of 14 + your CHA + Prof. If they fail the save, they are inflicted with Bound (I) with an escape DC of 14 + your STR + Prof. Each consecutive round you use Gourmandize while they remain bound, the number of stacks of Decay (1) you convert increases by 1.
As a movement action, you may have your parasite feed upon an ally, causing them to lose (1d6)*10% of their maximum HP in exchange for removing 1d4+2 stacks of Bloodthirst.
Gain an additional Attack for the first attack you make on your turn at 1 stack of Bloodthirst, and additionally for every 3 stacks of Bloodthirst above 1.
Feeding your parasite while you do not have any stacks of Bloodthirst instead grants you stacks of Regen (1).
When an enemy is KO’ed or killed, you may choose to spend a round feasting on them, removing all stacks of Bloodthirst.
Gain a bonus to-hit against targets that have stacks of Bleed, equivalent to the number of Bleed stacks + half your Bloodthirst stacks.
Convert stacks of Bloodthirst into stacks of Fatigue (1) on yourself, and lose HP equivalent to 10% of your max HP per stack of Bloodthirst.
Let your parasite’s hunger fuel your attacks. As a free action, gain up to 9 stacks of Honed (1), in exchange for gaining the same number of stacks of Bloodlust at the start of your next turn.
Whenever you lose a stack of Bloodthirst, gain a charge of Brave (I) at a 1d2 chance.
Using a spell allows you to mark a target with a number of stacks of Satiation (2) equivalent to half the spell’s level (minimum 1). When you successfully use Gourmandize against a target with Satiation, you instantly convert a number of stacks of Bloodthirst to Decay (1) equivalent to the target’s stacks of Satiation.
If a target is inflicted with Bound (III) or higher and also Prone, gain the ability to use a special form of Gourmandize known as Eviscerate, which converts your stacks of Bloodthirst to Decay (1) at triple the normal rate, as well as inflicting equivalent stacks of Overwhelmed (1). Any creatures or other allies who witness the Evisceration also gain half the stacks of Overwhelmed (1).
Instead of feasting on a KO’ed or deceased target, you may instead have your parasite infest the body of the target. After one round, the target’s body is reanimated by the parasite’s spawn. The reanimated creature can only use abilities that generate Bloodthirst, and cannot lose any stacks of Bloodthirst (nor use Gestation). Once the creature’s Bloodthirst hits (IX), the creature’s body is consumed.
Gain immunity to Decay, Disease, and Poison.
Gain 1d2 UP whenever you lose a stack of Bloodthirst.
Once per long rest, increase the maximum stacks of Bloodthirst to (XIII), dealing +30% damage for each stack of Bloodthirst above (VIII) and ignoring the effects of Bloodthirst (IX). For each round you remain at Bloodthirst (IX) or higher, gain a stack of Injury.
[+1d4 Bloodthirst 6d10]: Infest a target with the Wormplague, making a melee attack against the target. The target must make a CON save against DC 14 + your CHA + Prof. On fail, infested targets gain Diseased (III) 10d10 (2 on sucess, they gain Diseased (I) 5d10 (1).

-1: Frightened (V) (1)
-2: Confused (V) (1)
-3: Panic (V) (1)
-4: Mind Control (V) (1)
[+1d4+2 Bloodthirst 8d10]: Order the worms within a target to burrow out of the host. Convert all stacks of Diseased on a target to Bleeding (2).
