Grants Sign of the Petitioner at level 1, and Sign of the Respondent at level 2. Gain a resource known as Impact, whose maximum is equivalent to 10 + 2x your Arbiter level. Impact is spent on actions known as Injunctions, which are activated when the Petitioner casts a spell. Injunctions do not last an entire round; thought must be given as to where in the turn order the Petitioner is placed, as the effects may expire before you intend them to.

Sign of the Petitioner

As a movement action, mark a conscious ally as the Petitioner. Whenever the Petitioner casts a spell, gain Impact equivalent to 2x the spell's level. You do not gain Impact on the Petitioner's spell if it is used to activate an Injunction. As a free action, you may transfer some of your Free Mana to the Petitioner, restoring one of their spell slots of a level equivalent to the amount of Free Mana you spent. If the Petitioner is KO'ed, they lose the mark.
