The Durangle Grove
With the rising waters, the lake grew larger until it formed The Glowing Sea. Seeds arrived on the wind or were deposited by birds flying over the crater. Aquatic plants thrived in the magical waters, among them the durangle root, a popular spice used across The Sondaran Empire.
The durangle is grown in flooded fields and harvested by the waggon load but those growing in The Zento had gone untouched for over millennia, that is until Isaac and Henry arrived. Recognising the healing properties of the magicaly infused roots the pair harvest it and take it back to their base in The Warrior's Necropolis. The work is dangerous as the recently hatched dragons from The Bathhouse have developed a taste for the root and will soon be big enough to take it from the unaware humans.
