Zoltar Shadowfoot
Zoltar Shadowfoot is a Halfling who serves on the Council of the Hills. He is known for his quick wit, shrewd mind, and impeccable stealth skills. Zoltar is a skilled negotiator and often serves as the council's liaison to the various factions and guilds that operate in the region.
