Angshire Culture
At the end of the longest road in the world, you will find the rolling hills and lush forests of Eastern Atonia. Home of the Angshire people. Their industry is centered around the shipyards, crafting the only truly seaworthy vessels on the continent. Other work is found as sailors, fishermen, and logging the local forests. Protected by rain, rather than rivers, they worship a pantheon of sky gods led by a great and powerful storm deity.

Ideals
Beauty Ideals
To them, she was beauty. Her skin was cold, the flesh had blue-grey undertones, stark against deep purple hair. Flecks of gold freckles speckled her face, which had not a wrinkle even as she smiled. A short frame, hardly above five feet, with little muscle on the body.
To them, he was beauty. His skin was even colder, hardly a hint of warmth to the flesh. His hair was constantly wet and stuck to his scalp, either from sweat or rain. Not a blemish on his body, like he was cast from pure polished metal. He was broad built, and his hands were thick and leathery.
Gender Ideals
A woman will run a house and business for months alone, and will exercise her independence over what she controls.
A man will work with his crew as a unit, and will perform in harmony and teamwork in all their duty.
Courtship Ideals
A woman will host a crew that contains her preferred partner. At first inviting them to a party, and eventually housing the entire unit for at least one week. Having proven her capability as a host, the men will elect one of their own to stay behind as her husband (Hopefully it's already been made clear who she wants!)
Relationship Ideals
Romance is far less important than friendships in the community, but above all is ensuring that all voices are heard.
