Yul Havan

A slightly-built, swarthy man of indeterminate age with a disfigured face, Havan runs Alchemical Oddities without any visible help from anyone. He buys alchemical supplies from various importers, and sells both them and potions made from them. He charges fairly high prices, but he offers consistent quality, and so does a steady trade.

Yul was very handsome at one time but an accident with a potion burned the right side of his face leaving him scarred. He tries to hide the scars by keeping his hair long on that side.
